Explore how working with clay mirrors the intelligence of your body — every press, pull, and release becomes a conversation with yourself and your materials. Playful, hands-on, and curiosity-driven, this is about noticing how touch, pressure, and flow feel in your hands and in your body.

By tuning into touch and sensation, you begin to notice subtle cues from your body, building confidence, presence, and awareness in everyday life.
