Effective Date: August 1, 2025

Our Mission

At For Her Benefit Endowment, our mission is to empower women through art, education, and community. These Terms of Service reflect the values of respect, transparency, and care that guide our work. By using our website, you agree to engage in ways that uphold our mission and comply with these terms.

Overview

Welcome to For Her Benefit! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to For Her Endowment. For Her Benefit Endowment operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). For Her Benefit Endowment is powered by Wix, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available [here]
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Modifications to Terms

For Her Benefit Endowment reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

Eligibility and Access

he Services provided by For Her Benefit Endowment are primarily intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By accessing our website, registering for events, or using any of our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement or that you are accessing the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

From time to time, For Her Benefit Endowment may offer educational programs, events, or resources specifically designed to support younger audiences — particularly around age-appropriate topics such as puberty, menstruation, and body literacy. In such cases, the participation of minors will be permitted only with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and additional safeguards, permissions, or waivers may be required.

We reserve the right to define age restrictions and eligibility for specific offerings and may deny or revoke access to any participant, regardless of age, whose behavior violates these Terms of Service or undermines the integrity, safety, or values of our community.

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a minor or any other individual, you affirm that you are legally authorized to do so and accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Donations and Payments

For Her Benefit Endowment accepts donations, contributions, event registration fees, and online purchases through secure, third-party payment processors. By submitting a payment through our Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. You authorize us and our third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, or other providers) to process your payment using the method you provide.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any purchases or registrations made through our online store or event platforms are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies, which may vary by offering. If you have any questions about a specific transaction, we encourage you to contact us directly at [your email address].

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any donation, registration, or order at our discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at the time of the transaction.

Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

Tax-Deductible Contributions and Gift Agreements

For Her Benefit Endowment is a nonprofit charitable organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations made to For Her Benefit Endowment may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We encourage all donors to consult with their personal tax advisor to determine the exact tax implications of their gift.

By making a donation, you agree to provide accurate personal and payment information, and you confirm that you have the legal right to contribute the funds or assets being donated. If your donation is intended for a specific purpose or program, any restrictions or conditions must be clearly stated in writing at the time of the gift. While we make every effort to honor donor intent, if circumstances change and fulfilling the original purpose becomes impractical or impossible, For Her Benefit Endowment reserves the right to use the donation in a manner consistent with our mission and charitable objectives.

Donations may be made in various forms, including cash, checks, credit card payments, securities, or other property. For non-cash gifts, it is the donor’s responsibility to arrange for and bear the cost of any required appraisal to establish fair market value for tax purposes.

Donor privacy and confidentiality are important to us. Donors who wish to remain anonymous may do so by clearly indicating their preference at the time of the contribution or by contacting us directly. We will honor all reasonable requests for anonymity and will not publish or disclose the identity of anonymous donors without their express written consent, unless required by law.

For contributions of $250 or more, For Her Benefit Endowment will provide a written acknowledgment meeting IRS requirements, including the donation amount (or a description of donated property), the date of the contribution, and a statement indicating whether any goods or services were provided in return for the donation. If goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution exceeding $75, the acknowledgment will include a good-faith estimate of their value and indicate that only the portion exceeding that value is tax-deductible.

All donors are responsible for maintaining their own records of contributions for tax reporting purposes. For Her Benefit Endowment will issue donation receipts in a timely manner to assist donors in meeting IRS substantiation requirements.

Event and Program Registrations

When registering for an event, full payment of applicable fees is required at the time of booking. While we make every effort to ensure events occur as scheduled, details may be subject to change, and we will notify registrants promptly of any updates. For the safety and well-being of our community, we reserve the right to limit attendance or refuse entry to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Online Store Purchases

Our online store offers products that are described and priced to the best of our ability, though availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product details are free of errors. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. For Her Benefit Endowment Inc reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until For Her Benefit Endowment Inc confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as For Her Benefit Endowment Inc may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Events and Programs

In alignment with our mission to empower women through art, education, and community, For Her Benefit Endowment offers a variety of programs, workshops, and events designed to inform, inspire, and promote personal growth. These offerings may include, but are not limited to, educational sessions, panel discussions, community gatherings, creative workshops, exhibitions, and other events that support our vision of fostering self-expression, healing, and empowerment.

While our programs and events are curated with care to provide accurate, relevant, and inspiring information, they are intended for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in our programs or events is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending or engaging with our offerings, you acknowledge and agree that For Her Benefit Endowment, its affiliates, facilitators, speakers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, losses, or other claims that may arise from your participation. This includes, without limitation, any actions you take — or choose not to take — based on the information or inspiration provided during our programs or events.

From time to time, we may feature guest speakers, presenters, or third-party contributors. The views, opinions, and content shared by these individuals are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official policies, positions, or beliefs of For Her Benefit Endowment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any third-party content and accept no responsibility for reliance placed upon it.

By participating in any of our programs or events, you consent to abide by our community guidelines, which promote respectful, inclusive, and safe interactions. Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal from the program or event without refund or compensation.
